After you receive your Application
Package, and when you think you are ready to begin
the application process, complete the Preliminary
Application Form and mail it to the Executive Director.
Receipt of your Preliminary Application Form triggers
a one-year time period for filing a completed application
and starts your subscription to OnBoard.
Test documents related to the interests you indicated
on the form are mailed once the Preliminary Application
form is received.
